Based on a team of former soldiers of the 13th ESC and 13th COSCOM, a design was selected for the proposed 13th ESC Memorial, to be located on Guidon Parade Field next to the 13th ESC HQs in Ft Hood, TX. Though based on graphics design program colors, shades and look ARE NOT exact and there have been changes made, this is general design and placement of the memorial. Your comments and feedback are requested as we finalize this important project.
