Army Spc. Daryl A. Davis, 20, of Orlando, Florida.
Davis died in Iraq when his HMMWV was involved in a traffic accident. He was assigned to the Army National Guard's 144th Transportation Company, Marianna, Florida. Died on November 29, 2004.
 
Army Pfc. Jose Ricardo Flores-Mejia, 21, of Santa Clarita, California.
Flores-Mejia died in Mosul, Iraq, when an improvised explosive device hit his convoy. He was assigned to the 25th Transportation Company, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. Died on November 16, 2004.
 
Army Sgt. 1st Class Otie J. McVey, 53, of Oak Hill, West Virginia.
McVey was medically evacuated from Baghdad, Iraq, on September 23, 2004 for treatment of a non-combat related illness. He was assigned to the Army Reserve's 706th Transportation Company, Kenton, Ohio. Died on November 7, 2004.
 
Army Spc. Quoc Binh Tran, 26, of Mission Viejo, California.
Tran died in Baghdad, Iraq, from wounds sustained that same day when an improvised explosive device detonated near his military vehicle while he was conducting convoy operations. He was assigned to the 181st Support Battalion, Army National Guard, San Bernardino, California. Died on November 7, 2004.
 
Army Sgt. Carlos M. Camacho-Rivera, 24, of Carolina, Puerto Rico.
Camacho-Rivera died in the 31st Combat Support Hospital in Baghdad, Iraq, from wounds sustained earlier that day from a rocket blast in Fallujah, Iraq. Camacho-Rivera was assigned to the 368th Transportation Company, 11th Transportation Battalion, Fort Story, Virginia. Died on November 5, 2004.
 
Army Staff Sgt. Jerome Lemon, 42, of North Charleston, South Carolina.
Lemon died in Balad, Iraq, when a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device detonated near his military vehicle. He was assigned to 1052nd Transportation Company, Army National Guard, Kingstree, South Carolina. Died on October 27, 2004.
 
Army Spc. Jessica L. Cawvey, 21, of Normal, Illinois.
Cawvey died in Fallujah, Iraq, when an improvised explosive device detonated near her convoy vehicle. She was assigned to the 1544th Transportation Company, Army National Guard, Paris, Illinois. Died on October 6, 2004.
 
Army Staff Sgt. Richard L. Morgan, Jr., 38, of St. Clairsville, Ohio.
Morgan died in Latfiyah, Iraq, of injuries sustained on October 4, 2004 when an improvised explosive device detonated near his convoy vehicle. He was assigned to the 660th Transportation Company, Army Reserve, Cadiz, Ohio. Died on October 5, 2004.
 
Army Staff Sgt. James L. Pettaway, Jr., 37, of Baltimore, Maryland.
Pettaway died in Brooke Army Medical Center at Fort Sam Houston, Texas, of injuries sustained in Fallujah, Iraq, on August 27, 2004 when he was involved in a motor vehicle accident. He was assigned to 223rd Transportation Company, Army Reserve, Norristown, Pennsylvania. Died on October 3, 2004.
 
Army Spc. Allen Nolan, 38, of Marietta, Ohio.
Nolan died at Fort Sam Houston, Texas, of injuries sustained on September 18, 2004 in Balad, Iraq, when his convoy vehicle struck an improvised explosive device and then came under small arms fire. He was assigned to the Army Reserve's 660th Transportation Company, Zanesville, Ohio. Died on September 30, 2004.
 
Army Spc. Lauro G. DeLeon, Jr., 20, of Floresville, Texas.
DeLeon died in Balad, Iraq, when improvised explosive devices detonated near his convoy. He was assigned to the Army Reserve's 644th Transportation Company, Beaumont, Texas. Died on September 8, 2004.v
 
Army Spc. Tomas Garces, 19, of Weslaco, Texas.
Garces died in Baghdad, Iraq, when his convoy was attacked by enemy forces using an improvised explosive device. He was assigned to the Army National Guard's 1836th Transportation Company, Fort Bliss, Texas. Died on September 6, 2004. v
 
Army Pfc. Devin J. Grella, 21, of Medina, Ohio.
Grella died in Iraq after an improvised explosive device exploded near his convoy vehicle. He was assigned to the Army Reserve's 706th Transportation Company from Mansfield, Ohio. Died on September 6, 2004.v
 
Army Spc. Brandon M. Read, 21, of Greeneville, Tennessee.
Read died in Qayyarah West, Iraq, when his convoy came under attack by enemy forces using an improvised explosive device. He was assigned to the 125th Transportation Company from Lexington, Kentucky. Died on September 6, 2004.
 
Army Spc. Charles R. Lamb, 23, of Casey, Illinois.
Lamb died in Baghdad, Iraq, during a mortar attack. He was assigned to the Army National Guard's 1544th Transportation Company, Paris, Illinois. Died on September 5, 2004.

Morrison died in Baghdad, Iraq, during a mortar attack. She was assigned to the Army National Guard's 1544th Transportation Company, Paris, Illinois. Died on September 5, 2004.
 
Army Pfc. Luis A. Perez, 19, of Theresa, New York.
Perez died in Fallujah, Iraq, when his convoy vehicle hit an improvised explosive device. He was assigned to the Army Reserve's 223rd Transportation Company, Norristown, Pennsylvania. Died on August 27, 2004.
 
Air Force Airman 1st Class Carl L. Anderson, Jr., 21, of Georgetown, South Carolina.
Anderson died as result of enemy action near Mosul, Iraq. He was assigned to the 3rd Logistics Readiness Squadron, Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska. Died on August 29, 2004.
 
Army Spc. Charles L. Neeley, 19, of Mattoon, Illinois.
Neeley died in Tikrit, Iraq, when his tractor-trailer rolled over as he attempted to access a pontoon bridge. He was assigned to the Army Reserve's 454th Transportation Company, Columbus, Ohio. Died on August 25, 2004.
 
Army 2nd Lt. Matthew R. Stovall, 25, of Horn Lake, Mississippi.
Stovall died in Mosul, Iraq, when an improvised explosive device exploded near his vehicle. He was assigned to the Army National Guard's 367th Maintenance Company, 298th Corps Support Battalion, Philadelphia, Mississippi. Died on August 22, 2004
 
Army Pfc. Raymond J. Faulstich, Jr., 24, of Leonardtown, Maryland.
Faulstich died in Najaf, Iraq, when individuals using small arms fire and rocket-propelled grenades attacked his convoy. He was assigned to the 89th Transportation Company, 6th Transportation Battalion, 7th Transportation Group, Fort Eustis, Virginia. Died on August 5, 2004.
 
Air Force Staff Sgt. Dustin W. Peters, 25, of El Dorado, Kansas.
Peters died as result of enemy action near the Forward Operating Base Summerall in Iraq. He was assigned to the 314th Logistics Readiness Squadron, Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas. Died on July 11, 2004.
 
Army Pfc. Torey J. Dantzler, 22, of Columbia, Louisiana.
Dantzler died in Samarra, Iraq, when an improvised explosive device detonated on the side of the road near his convoy vehicle. He was assigned to the 66th Transportation Company, Kaiserslautern, Germany. Died on July 22, 2004.
 
Army Sgt. Tatjana Reed, 34, of Fort Campbell, Kentucky.
Reed died in Samarra, Iraq, when an improvised explosive device detonated near her convoy vehicle. She was assigned to the 66th Transportation Company, Kaiserslautern, Germany. Died on July 22, 2004.
 
Army Sgt. 1st Class David A. Hartman, 41, of Akron, Michigan.
Hartman died in Bayji, Iraq, when the vehicle he was driving was hit by an improvised explosive device. He was assigned to the Army Reserve's 401st Transportation Company from Battle Creek, Michigan. Died on July 17, 2004.
 
Army Sgt. Jeremy J. Fischer, 26, of Lincoln, Nebraska.
Fischer died in Samarra, Iraq, when an improvised explosive device detonated near his convoy vehicle. He was assigned to the 267th Ordnance Company, Nebraska National Guard, Lincoln, Nebraska. Died on July 11, 2004.
 
Army Sgt. 1st Class Linda Ann Tarango-Griess, 33, of Sutton, Nebraska.
Tarango-Griess died in Samarra, Iraq, when an improvised explosive device detonated near her convoy vehicle. She was assigned to the 267th Ordnance Company, Nebraska National Guard, Lincoln, Nebraska. Died on July 11, 2004.
 
Army Sgt. Michael C. Barkey, 22, of Canal Fulton, Ohio.
Barkey died in Ar Ramadi, Iraq, when the disabled vehicle they were towing blew a tire, causing the driver of their vehicle to lose control, hit a cement barrier, and overturn. He was assigned to the Army National Guard's 1484th Transportation Company, Akron, Ohio. Died on July 7, 2004.
 
Army Sgt. Patrick R. McCaffrey, Sr., 34, of Tracy, California.
McCaffrey died in Balad, Iraq, when enemy forces ambushed his ground patrol. He was assigned to the Army National Guard's 579th Engineer Battalion, Petaluma, California. Died on June 22, 2004.

Tyson died in Balad, Iraq, when enemy forces ambushed his ground patrol. He was assigned to the Army National Guard's 579th Engineer Battalion, Petaluma, California. Died on June 22, 2004.
 
Army Spc. Jeremy M. Dimaranan, 29, of Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Dimaranan died in Balad, Iraq, during a mortar attack when mortar rounds hit his camp (PX attack). He was assigned to the Army Reserve's 302nd Transportation Company, 172nd Combat Support Group, Fort Eustis, Virginia. Died on June 16, 2004.
 
Army Sgt. Melvin Y. Mora, 27, of Columbia, Missouri.
Mora died in Abu Graib/West Baghdad, Iraq, when his camp Log Base Seitz was hit by a mortar attack. He was assigned to the Army Reserve's 245th Maintenance Company, St. Louis, Missouri. Died on June 6, 2004.
 
Army Spc. Jeremy L. Ridlen, 23, of Maroa, Illinois.
Ridlen died in East Fallujah, Iraq, from small arms fire after a dump truck on the side of the road was detonated while his military convoy passed by. Ridlen was assigned to the Army National Guard's 1544 Transportation Company, Paris, Illinois. Died on May 23, 2004.
 
Army Sgt. James W. Harlan, 44, of Owensboro, Kentucky.
Harlan died at Camp Anaconda, Iraq, when a suicide bomber detonated a car bomb next to his vehicle. He was assigned to the Army Reserve's 660th Transportation Company, 88th Regional Readiness Command, Zanesville, Ohio. Died on May 14, 2004.
 
Army Sgt. Joshua S. Ladd, 20, of Philadelphia, Mississippi.
Ladd died in Mosul, Iraq, when his convoy vehicle hit an improvised explosive device. He was assigned to the Army National Guard's 367th Maintenance Company, DeKalb, Mississippi. Died on May 1, 2004.
 
Army Spc. Trevor A. Win'E, 22, of Orange, California.
Win'E died in Tikrit, Iraq, from injuries sustained on April 30, 2004 when his convoy vehicle hit an improvised explosive device. He was assigned to 24th Quartermaster Company, Fort Lewis, Washington. Died on May 1, 2004.
 
Army Pfc. Leroy Harris-Kelly, 20, of Azusa, California.
Harris-Kelly died north of Tallil, Iraq, when his truck went off the road and rolled over because of limited visibility and dangerous driving conditions. He was assigned to the 596th Maintenance Company, Darmstadt, Germany. Died on April 20, 2004.
 
Army 1st Lt. Robert L. Henderson, II, 33, of Alvaton, Kentucky.
Henderson died in Diwaniyah, Iraq, when his convoy tried to avoid an overturned trailer and came under small arms attack. He was assigned to the Army National Guard's Detachment 1, 2123rd Transportation Company, Owensboro, Kentucky. Died on April 17, 2004.
 
Army Pfc. Gregory R. Goodrich, 37, of Bartonville, Illinois.
Goodrich died in Iraq when his convoy came under attack by individuals using rocket-propelled grenades and small arms fire. He was assigned to the Army Reserve's 724th Transportation Company, Bartonville, Illinois. Died on April 9, 2004.
 
Army Sgt. Jeremiah Jay Holmes, 27, of North Berwick, Maine.
Holmes died near Balad, Iraq, when his vehicle hit an improvised explosive device and fell from a bridge. He was assigned to the Army National Guard's 744th Transportation Company, Hillsboro, New Hampshire. Died on March 29, 2004.
 
Army Sgt. Ivory L. Phipps, 44, of Chicago, Illinois.
Phipps died in Baghdad, Iraq, of injuries sustained from a mortar attack. He was assigned to the 1544th Transportation Company, Illinois Army National Guard, Paris, Illinois. Died on March 17, 2004.
 
Army Spc. Joshua L. Knowles, 23, of Sheffield, Iowa.
Knowles died in Baghdad, Iraq, when he was hit by a mortar round at a Baghdad International Airport checkpoint. He was assigned to the 1133rd Transportation Company, Army National Guard, Mason City, Iowa. Died on February 5, 2004.

Army SSG K. Matt Maupin, Maupin was captured in Iraq when his convoy came under attack by individuals using rocket-propelled grenades and small arms fire. He was assigned to the Army Reserve's 724th Transportation Company, Bartonville, Illinois. Pronounced dead on Sept 30, 2008.

Sgt. Jeffrey S. Brown, 82nd Medical Company (Air Ambulance), 541st Combat Sustainment Support
 Battalion One of two soldiers killed when their UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter crashed into a lake near Rutba, Iraq, on August 8, 2006. His remains were recovered on August 10.

 

Sgt. Steven P. Mennemeyer, 82nd Medical Company (Air Ambulance), 541st Combat Sustainment Support BattalionOne of two soldiers killed when their UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter crashed into a lake near Rutba, Iraq, on August 8, 2006. His remains were recovered on August 10.

 

Army Capt. Gussie M. Jones, 41, of Louisiana.
Jones died in Baghdad, Iraq, as a result of a non-combat cause. As medical surgical nurse in support of area operations, Jones was assigned to the 31st Combat Support Hospital, Fort Bliss, Texas. Died on March 7, 2004.

 

Army Spc. Frances M. Vega, 20, of Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico.
Vega was on board a CH-47 Chinook Helicopter when it went down in Al Fallujah, Iraq. The cause of the incident is unknown and an investigation is underway. She was assigned to the 151st Adjutant General Postal Detachment 3, Fort Hood, Texas. Died on November 2, 2003.
